Our store is OPEN, although some important considerations to allow us to implement strict and responsible hygiene and social distancing practices to keep our team safe. Please bear with us so we can continue to best support our customers while still protecting our team.
Production & Delivery Times
Please expect production delays of up to 7 business days, so orders will take approximately 13 to 19 business days to get to you. Our operational capacity is lower than usual due to our workforce being reduced. This reduction is necessary while we importantly adhere to social distancing guidelines.
Our delivery carriers are also experiencing delays in their service levels too, mostly because of the high numbers of staff absence. Unfortunately they are not clear on their delay times, so there could be some unexpectedly delays with the delivery.
This is a difficult time for everyone and we thank you for your patience. Health is the number one priority right now, so stay safe.
Where are you shipping from?
Everything in the US store is printed and shipped from within the USA. We have two print centres, one in Charlotte, NC and the other LA, CA.
Please note all products are ordered and printed specifically for your individual order. We do not hold stock.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your parcel, the shipping method and the destination it’s being shipped to. Our rate are fixed, and pass on the cost: we don’t make a profit on shipping.
How long will it take to get to me?
First, it’s important for you to know we do not hold any stock. When you order an item: we order that item from our supplier, print it and ship it – just for you and your individual orer. It typically takes 2–7 business days to create apparel products and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products. From there, you add on the shipping time (typically 4 business days depending on the order’s destination).
So, typically your product, created just for you will take anywhere between 6-12 days to reach you.
We show the real-time shipping rates and display them during the order checkout. These rates are calculated by the order fulfillment location, shipping destination, shipping method, and carrier pricing.
Where do you ship to?
- Europe (including Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Sweden, Ukraine and Vatican City)
- The United Kingdom, but we’d suggest you purchase from the UK store
- EFTA States (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland)
- Australia and New Zealand
- Everywhere else, EXCLUDING Cuba, Crimea, Iran, North Korea, and Syria. Sorry, our supplier doesn’t ship to those destinations
Please note: The above lists of countries may change periodically.
Who pays the customs duties & taxes?
Any shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. You are responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by you.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable)
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Each product is printed to order which is to say your shirt is especially printed for you, only after you’ve bought your tshirt. Unless there is a fault with the item we don’t accept returns or exchanges.
Please note this request must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date

Pricing and Proceeds
Wait, these seem really expensive for what they are?
We run our store as a drop-ship store. What that means is we don’t hold any stock. When you place an order a single shirt is ordered from the supplier, printed and shipped directly to you. What that means is while we, as a not-for-profit store don’t have to use the proceeds to purchase and store stock up front, it does raise the cost because we’re ordering a single shirt instead of hundreds.
We usually price our items at $2-£5 above the cost price depending on the product. It’s this on-top donation which goes to NKH Charity to support NKH Research. We don’t take a penny of the proceeds.
Where do the proceeds go?
All funds go into a dedicated paypal account (as it’s the cheapest online billing solution).
When the pot is $100+, we send that directly to EITHER Joseph’s Goal (Charity Number 1151548) OR the NKH Crusader’s University of Colorado NKH fund.
Joseph’s Goal supports Prof. Nick Greene at UCL. He’s thought to be the closest to an NKH clinical trial for gene replacement therapy. For more information on Joseph’s Goal, please visit www.josephsgoal.org.
NKH Crusaders supports Dr. Van Hove at the University of Colorado. He’s currently working on chaperone therapy and is considered the foremost knowledgable person on NKH. For more information on NKH Crusaders please visit nkhcrusaders.com.
